Magnolia House is named after the 100 year old Magnolia tree now
surrounded by a huge entertaining deck outside the family room. The house
has been renovated, extended and furnished to a very high standard, favouring
a classic country elegance distinguished with a generous splash of bold
colour.
The house features two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom that can accommodate
up to four. There are two bathrooms including one with a double spa. The
large club style lounge room has a wood fire and a luxurious leather lounge
suite. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area also has a wood fire beside
the large dining suite that can seat 10. The house is equipped with every
modern convenience; a new kitchen, TV, DVD, CD and airconditioning.
The century old garden is full of beautiful plants including camellias,
rhododendrons, azaleas and even a twisted elm.
Magnolia House is conveniently located for browsing the village
shops, and as a base for exploring the beautiful surrounding mountain
forests and the winter snow fields at Lake Mountain.
