Every possible detail has been provided to ensure your stay in the Tuscan style villas is a luxurious experience. To complete the experience, each villa is set against the imposing backdrop of cliffs and rock faces from the Mount Difficult Range.

In addition to the luxury villas are two 'pavilions'. Laced with the same sense of luxury and seclusion, these two suites have extensive water features including a stream running through them. They also feature a private courtyard.

Marwood is the ultimate for those that truly appreciate luxury retreats. The king size bed, the stylish forged iron furniture and the deep and rich decor set the mood for a romantic and indulgent escape. Comforts include double spa, open log fire, TV and video but extend to practicalities such as the kitchen, laundry facilities and air conditioning.

Irene and Ian also offer fine dining in their restaurant, overlooking a small lake. The menu, which is recommended by The Age Good Food Guide is accompanied by regional wines. Guests can choose to have a sumptuous cooked breakfast in the dining room or have a basket delivered to their door. Breakfast is included in the tariff.

Marwood is within the township of Halls Gap, only 10 minutes walk from restaurants and shops. The villas are in a quiet location, set 200m back from the road and surrounded by National Park.
