This luxuriously appointed 4 bedroom retreat is set on 105 secluded acres of rolling countryside a short drive from the town of Yea. The freedom and tranquillity of being the sole occupants in such a setting is perfect for a family getaway, a weekend with close friends or a business retreat. The house is also designed in such a way that the wing with the extra bedrooms can be closed off, leaving the master bedroom, living, dining and recreation areas to be enjoyed by one couple.

The house has many attractions. The front bedrooms and verandah enjoy sensational views and a few paces from the house is a gazebo with a large spa tub with similar views. The living rooms open onto a large outdoor entertaining area with a full size BBQ. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped and a breakfast hamper is provided for each day. Other featuresof the house include wood heaters along with central heating, a pool table, television, DVD player, stereo equipment and multiple living areas.

Walking tracks wind through the property. As for exploring the surrounding region, the Yarra Valley is only 20 minutes' drive, the Kinglake National Park is even closer, and to the North the town of Yea is well worth a visit.
