a magnificent lounge room with a large open fire, and an unforgettable
dining room with precious European sommelier crystal, the finest Royal
Doulton, sterling silver English cutlery and an antique French candelabra
centrepiece.
In addition to the gourmet cooked breakfasts, a signature part of the
experience is the exclusive, traditional silver service dining prepared
by a private chef and served by "black tie" wait staff. The
seasonal menu favours fine European style cuisine with fresh local ingredients.
The exquisite wine list specialises in rare global champagnes and burgundy.
The Villa offers exclusive accommodation for one couple or a party
of up to 6 guests amongst three elegant bedrooms. The large bathroom has
a luxurios spa bath for couples.
Additional accommodation is available in two separate chalets for couples.
The architect designed Birches Luxury Spa Chalets are nestled amongst
a forest of Russian Birches, along the Estate's high ridge.
The property is located off the top of Ranch Road above Mt Beauty township.
Look for the high European stone wall enclosing the Estate's olive grove.
From the entrance, follow the private road, lined with plane trees, to
the Villa & Office. Fast air transfers can be arranged to and from
the property if desired.
