This secret spot on the Bellarine Peninsula is central to absolutely everything on the peninsula. 20 minutes from Queenscliff, 20 minutes from Geelong and 20 minutes from Barwon Heads.

The long driveway takes you straight up to the "Barn" which is completely private from the main property residence. A luxury guest retreat has been incorporated in the newly-built, traditional-style barn. The guest loft takes up the entire length of the barn, with timber lining throughout and dormer windows along each side. The huge living area includes a kitchenette and doors onto the deck, where you can barbecue while watching the black swans and water birds on the lake.

Beyond the living area are two bedrooms with ensuites, one with king size bed and one with twin beds. A third queen bedroom and ensuite is located on ground level.

Accommodation for one couple is also now available in the separate Lakeside Studio, an apartment attached to the owners' residence but offering plenty of privacy. The main room is spacious with a cosy lounge at one end around the open fire, and the king size bed at the other end. There is an ensuite, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a private courtyard with lake views and barbecue - everything a couple might need for a quiet weekend getaway.

Both the Barn guests and the Studio guests receive generous breakfast provisions for each morning. Longer bookings and large groups may enquire about self-catering stays.
