Villa Gusto is a perfect blend of luxury, seclusion, magnificent food, idyllic surrounds and the absolute charm of staying in the only Italian villa in Australia. Built using a range of fully imported Italian marbles, wrought & cast iron and limewashes, the villa is an example of outstanding design and artisan workmanship. The Tuscan garden landscape features fountains and urns, while the peaks of Mount Buffalo National Park rise above the boundary hedge.

There are nine guest suites in all, including the latest set of three in the Cabina, a separate building. Each suite is themed in a particular colour. The Grande Suite and the Deluxe suites have magnificen views and ensuites with spa baths. 17th century antiques, tapestries, porcelain and artwork from Italy grace the interiors.

The main Villa houses the intimate restaurant where diners come to indulge in a fabulous five course degustation menu. Italy's regional cuisine styles are combined with the freshest local produce, sourced direct from farmgates or grown on the property. Choose a bottle of wine from an extensive local and imported list. Relax by the open fire or enjoy a movie in the private cinema. Your accommodation includes a sumptuous breakfast spread.

Villa Gusto is within easy reach of Mount Buffalo and the town of Bright. The area is also well known for its gourmet produce, cheese makers and wineries. The Alpine Valleys, King Valley and Beechworth regions are the leaders in producing Italian varietal wines in Australia.
